My Vision for Glen Eira

With fresh ideas and community input Glen Eira can be more liveable, sustainable and inclusive. My vision is for good-quality and value services, diverse well-designed housing and thriving shopping strips. Glen Eira would benefit from planning for climate resilience, enhanced open space, biodiversity, and safer leafier streets.

• Well-designed housing options so our young people could stay local

• Thriving shopping strips, attractive and accessible

• Maintaining vital services, responsibly funding improvements. Council closing childcare was distressing

• Climate Resilience: planning for climate impacts, including flood management

• Safer, leafier, well-maintained streets that encourage walking and cycling to school

•   Enhanced Open Spaces, biodiversity,  new opportunities for kids’ nature play.
